F/22/5’2 [170 > 132 = 38lbs] (15 months) My post-pregnancy transformation! I would like to lose 12 more pounds, but I’m happy.

F/24/165cm [78kgs>58kgs=20kgs] ( 2 years) Achieved and maintained this weight since 2016 and want to go even further to achieve my goal weight!

F/39/5’5” [165lbs > 142lbs = 23lbs] (14 months)

M/30/5'10" [210 - 175 = 35lbs] (1 year). CICO, Weight Training. Really Proud of My Progress

F/20/5’4” [222lbs>171lbs = 51lbs] For once I was confident in a bikini!

F/18/5'3" [188 > 150 = 38] Progress pictures tummy

M/21/5'7" [233lbs > 194lbs = 39lbs] 2 years and wearing the same exact shirt in both photos! Weight training, fasted HIIT and a pretty relaxed diet. Still have 15lbs of fat to lose but I'm happy with my progress so far!

F/25/5’8” [160lbs > 139lbs = 21lbs] [6 months] Always loved to weight lift and workout, but finally got my eating in check these past 6 months! Counting my macros and IF.

M/32/5'9 [185 > 160 = 25 ] (2 months) weight loss is mostly from intense Hot Yoga and calorie intake limitation. I do light cardio and some weight lifting on the weekends. Top abs and chest slowly beginning to get definition.

M/27/6'1" [330>287=43 lbs lost] (2 months) Facial progress so far. Want to get to the 210-220 range.

F/28/5’2” [177lbs > 153lbs = 24lbs] Keto since October 2017

F/18/5'3 [275>190=85] (9 months) i guess eating high carb aint that bad :-)
